Answer: No, it does not. Changing the router bit would need to be done beneath the table. -

Answer: Yes, it is compatible with JessEm Rout-R-Lift II model 02310. -
Question:
Does this have a 1 3/16 center hole base plate?
Answer: No, it has a 2 1/16 center hole meant to be used with RA1125 and RA1126 and you also need RA1151.
