How do I put these together? The skulls are not attached
Answer: The slipped right on mine. Was a long time ago. One of the skulls fell off since then. -

How do you put together?
Answer: They come as you see them, its plastic on rubber so to make them last just put a little super glue between plastic and rubber, prevents the skulls from falling of during normal wear and tear. -

What is the inside diameter of each grip??
Answer: They fit most bicycles handle bars. Smaller children bicycles with smaller handle bars they are too big for. They are chrome over plastic. -
Question:
The hole is one inch if it fits any handlebar?
Answer: It fits only bicycle handle bars which are 7/8".
