Answer: No, it doesn't. It can easily get blown out on lower flame settings unless you fashion a windbreak around the base. Wrapping kitchen foil around the base can help. -

Answer: Not so well compared to still conditions. The flame is prone to being swept to one side of the container being heated in significant air movement. A non-combustible wind shield is recommended to maintain heating efficiency. -

Can it get up to 97°C boiling water and maintain that high temperature?
Answer: Probably. It has been used to bring a very large pan of cooking oil to the boil without a significant drop in temperature. However, maintaining 97°C without a high-temperature probe is up to the user. Note that it has a 10kw output on full power and should never be used indoors. -

Answer: You need to connect a flexi pipe with a jubilee clip on the barbed end connector from a regulator and gas bottle. The ring burners are all connected internally from the taps. -

Will this work with a 37mbar screw fit propane regulator? What gas regulator and hose should I buy?
Answer: This works well with patio gas bottles (the green ones). Just buy a patio gas regulator and bottle.
