The Omix-Ada 12006.13 Windshield Frame Kit is a steel frame suitable for 87-95 Jeep Wrangler YJs. It comes with a factory e-coat, but it needs to be painted before use. Customers advise waiting to install glass until after installation on the Jeep and recommend a high-quality rubber seal instead of the included foam seal. The kit includes a header channel for the soft top, and it should work with a Bestop soft top since it comes with soft top brackets. Several customers complained about poor packaging resulting in bent frames on arrival. Some felt that the quality of the steel was cheap, had flaking e-coat or paint, and had fewer welts compared to manufacturer frames. The majority of customers were happy with the product since it was less expensive, and they could work with it despite some small gaps being present between the seal and windshield. The kit was easy to install and the bolting process was straight forward. The glass gaskets were not of the best quality.
