These pointe shoes are sewed with satin bands inside and do not need any additional sewing. The shoes have a hardness of 3/4 to provide comfort to the toes, which can be made even softer by "swagging the sole repeatedly." It is suggested to choose the size of the shoes based on foot length or sports shoe size. Note that the shoes do not have wooden blocks. In terms of customer reviews, most of them had positive experiences. The toe pad provided in the shoes was of the perfect size for little girls, and despite the thickness, the sizing was still accurate. However, one customer suggested buying a different toe pad or size up the shoe due to the thickness of the provided pads. The shoes are shiny and pretty with good quality. If taken care of, they are suitable for a beginner as they can get dead fast.
