    Answer: The printer supports PLA, TPU, and PETG filaments.

    Answer: US Engineer Support is available for installation, maintenance, and any issues, responding within 24 hours.
  • Question: How about printing ABS? What filament it can be print?

    Answer: Yes, it prints ABS, and it prints PLA, PETG, Wooden as well, but need to set different temperature for nozzle and the printing hotbed.

    Answer: Yes, tool for put it together and repairing it all somes with.
  • Question: What computer software is required to run the printer?

    Answer: We pre-installed the slicer software 'Creality Slicer' in the thumb drive comes with the package. You can also use Simplify3d and Cura software to process the slicing.
  • Question: I heard that the motherboard has been upgraded, what advantage it has compare with ender 3?

    Answer: The Ender-3 V2 built-in silent motherboard, but the Ender-3 doesn't. Glass platform, 32-bit processor, new UI screen, and silent motherboard are the advantages of Ender-3 V2.
  • Question: What software it uses?

    Answer: It uses Creality Slicer/ Simplify3D/ Cura and you can see one slice software pre-installed in the u-Disk comes with.
  • Question: How to print, especially for me who is new at ender 3d printer.

    Answer: A thumb drive comes with the package which contains the steps of how to put it together, troubleshooting and essential software pre-installed. Ender 3 V2 is partially assembled and easy to set up for the first print.
  • Question: Is it possible to print directly from a USB cable?

    Answer: Yes, you can use the USB cable to connect your PC to print or update related firmware. Ender 3 V2 has another TF card interface and it can cover the functions above as well.
  • Question: Will it be difficult to make the glass bed/ plate leveling?

    Answer: No, it won't be difficult. By following a few simple steps, you can get it leveled easily.
  • Question: How can I make it auto leveling?

    Answer: No, it cannot be auto-leveling. But you can make the printing hotbed level by yourself easily.
