- Haida Racing HD921 OVERVIEW The Haida Racing HD921 is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.The tire has great summer weather traction and it grips the road well in dry and wet weather conditions. This is due to the special tread design that provides constant road contact. The tire's four circumferential tread grooves disperse water from beneath the tire footprint and increase the wet weather traction and the hydroplaning resistance. The tire is not suited for winter weather performance.The special tread pattern features a solid center rib and strong tread blocks that increase the steering responsiveness. They maintain constant contact between the road and the tire, which upgrades the model's response time and accuracy. The tire is quick and precise in its response to the driver's instructions and it offers excellent road feedback. The better responsiveness and road feedback ensure that the driver can confidently control the tire in summer weather situations.The tire compound used in the manufacture of the tire reduces its overall weight, which allows it to lessen its rolling resistance. The rolling resistance determines how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. The lowered rolling resistance lessens the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
