The EEEKit Hidden Sew Magnetic Snap is a pack of 20 pairs of magnetic snaps that can be sewn into fabric for hidden closures. According to the FAQ, the magnet itself is 9/16" across and 1/16" thick, while the plastic sew-on shield is 1 3/32" square and about 1/32" thick. They are headquartered in San Ramon CA. A customer used the snaps for their granddaughter's car seat cover and they did not come out after being machine washed and dried. However, they are not suitable for use in albums, flipfold scrapbook, and card projects because they are too thick. In terms of reviews, some customers found that the magnets were not strong enough, while others had trouble connecting them through cotton fabric. The main critique was that the magnets were not as strong as rare earth magnets and did not work well when sandwiched between layers of fabric. However, they are low-cost.
