Nutritionist's Take
NOW Supplements, Gastro Comfort, featuring Mastic Gum and Aloe Vera, is formulated to support digestive health. Mastic Gum is traditionally used for its potential to promote gut health, potentially reducing gastrointestinal discomfort. Aloe Vera is recognized for its soothing properties and may contribute to digestive soothing. Both ingredients are of high quality and suitable for a vegetarian diet, appealing to a wide audience. However, consumers should consider potential allergens and consult with a healthcare provider if they have specific health concerns or are on medication. While some users report positive effects on their digestive health, scientific backing varies, and individual results may differ. Overall, this product can be a beneficial addition for those seeking herbal support for digestion, but it may not be a substitute for medical treatment where necessary.
