The washable pillows are made in China and are supportive but not too firm. Although some customers complained that the pillows flattened or bunched up into lumps, others found them incredibly comfortable and fluffy. They are said to be very soft and bought for people with sleep apnea, but they may not be suitable for everyone. The pillows were found to be a good standard size and a great bargain, but the vacuum sealed packaging made them difficult to open and return.
