Answer: No .... only a valve plus the two screw caps on top ... works fine ... if you don't want flow just sit the can upwards ... valve doesn't leak ... -

Answer: The last carton I received had 6. But be sure you choose that option if it is one. -

Answer: This is made of a hard plastic. It is something we use for chemicals. Does not leak and easy to fill.
