The VictorsHome Changeover Switch SYW30-25 2 Positions 6 Terminals is a universal rotary cam selector latching switch designed to handle up to 660V and 25A. It has received mixed reviews from customers who have used it for different applications. One customer used it to turn on the idle motor for their converter and it worked fine. Another customer didn't like using the pressure switch on their portable air compressor and made a 20+Amp extension cord so that they could switch it off and on using this heavy-duty rotary switch. The customer was able to fit the switch into a deep 4 square with a plaster ring and it worked out perfectly for their needs. However, one customer was disappointed with the switch's quality and wouldn't recommend it for use on machines in an industrial setting. They compared it to an identical looking $20 switch and found that this one was less well-made. They also pointed out that the paper On Off labels were stuck on crooked. Another customer was satisfied with the switch's value for money. They noted that the switching action is positive and crisp, and it feels like a solid rotary switch. However, they did point out some trade-offs associated with its price. For example, the bezel is held on by the knob, which has a tiny screw, so any hits by stray tools, etc, might shear off the knob and bezel. They also noted that the markings underneath the clear windows on the bezel are useless as they are well below the bezel window surface.
