Product Details
- The capacity for professional brake bleeding machine is upto 2.7Gallans / 10L (5L new oil capacity). It is divided into two layers, upper oil storage tank and lower gas storage tank, with an intermediate rubber diaphragm separating the gas and brake fluid. 10-40psi compressed air can be pre-charged for portable using, with consumption 4.5CFM at 30psi. Do not exceed 40psi, or damage the equipment and connection hose (Do not over 1bar for ABS system to avoid damage on the brake master pump)
- The 1/4" European style air plug on the machine can be connected to the quick connection from air compressor. The shop air was stored in the gas storage tank and pressurize on the upper oil storage tank, to force the new fluid into the brake system and while waste oil or air out into the used oil collection bottle. Precharged air can help to finish multiple brake flush and refill work at a time. During the fluid transfer, tread quickly on the brake pedal and release slowly. Do it a few times.
- 8PCS specific adapters, 2 universal cone adapters and 1 universal square adapter, can connect almost all types of master cylinders, help to refill the brake and clutch oil. If the specific adapter leaks, it means it is not suitable for your vehicle, please use the universal adapters for a tight connecting. All the adapters have quick plugs, can connect to the quick coupler on the brake bleeding tool easily and quickly. And they are placed in a black case for easy storage and transportation.

Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question:
What is a Brake Bleeder Kit, and why do I need one?
Answer: A Brake Bleeder Kit is a specialized tool designed for removing air and old fluid from your vehicle's brake system, ensuring optimal brake performance. Air trapped in the brake lines can lead to a spongy brake pedal and reduced braking efficiency. By using a pneumatic pressure mechanism, the kit makes the bleeding process more efficient and effective. This is particularly useful in scenarios such as routine vehicle maintenance, brake fluid changes, or after replacing brake components. -
Question:
How does the pneumatic pressure system work in this Brake Bleeder Kit?
Answer: The pneumatic pressure system in the Brake Bleeder Kit utilizes air pressure to force brake fluid through the system, expelling air and contaminants. By connecting the kit to the brake master cylinder, you can apply consistent pressure, ensuring even fluid flow. This method minimizes the effort and time needed for traditional bleeding methods. It’s particularly advantageous for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike during automotive maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and thorough job. -
Question:
What are the benefits of using this specific Brake Bleeder Tool Set?
Answer: This Brake Bleeder Tool Set comes equipped with multiple master cylinder adapters tailored for various vehicle makes and models, enhancing its versatility. It allows you to perform a complete fluid exchange and air removal efficiently, leading to improved brake responsiveness. This tool set is particularly beneficial for mechanics and car owners looking to maintain their vehicles, as it supports both brake and clutch systems, providing a comprehensive solution for all fluid-related tasks. -
Question:
Can I use this Brake Bleeder Kit for my clutch system?
Answer: Yes, this Brake Bleeder Kit is designed for both braking and clutch systems. This dual functionality allows you to maintain your clutch's performance by ensuring that air is removed, and fluid is refreshed within the system. This is essential for vehicles with hydraulic clutches, where air in the lines can lead to slipping or poor engagement. Utilizing this kit for clutch maintenance can significantly enhance the driving experience. -
Question:
Is this Brake Bleeder Kit compatible with all vehicles?
Answer: While the Brake Bleeder Kit is designed to accommodate a wide range of vehicles, compatibility varies based on specific master cylinder designs and configurations. The included adapters support many makes and models, making it suitable for most cars, trucks, and vans. It’s advisable to consult your vehicle’s manual or check with manufacturer specifications to ensure the correct adapter is used for your specific model. -
Question:
How do I properly use the Brake Bleeder Kit?
Answer: To use the Brake Bleeder Kit, first, fill the kit’s reservoir with fresh brake fluid. Connect the appropriate adapter to the master cylinder and ensure a tight seal. Engage the pneumatic pressure mechanism, allowing air and old fluid to be expelled. Have an assistant press the brake pedal while you monitor the fluid level, confirming that air bubbles are no longer visible. Follow vehicle-specific procedures for optimal results during fluid changes or system bleeding. -
Question:
What materials is the Brake Bleeder Kit made of?
Answer: The Brake Bleeder Kit typically features durable materials to withstand hydraulic pressure and corrosive brake fluid. Common materials include high-quality plastic for the reservoir and metal for connectors, providing both reliability and longevity. This ensures that the kit can handle the stresses associated with brake fluid bleeding without compromising performance over time. -
Question:
How often should I bleed my brakes?
Answer: It's recommended to bleed your brakes at least every two years or whenever you notice a spongy brake pedal feel. Other indicators that a brake bleed is necessary include changes in brake fluid color or if you've replaced braking components. Regular maintenance helps ensure your brake system remains responsive and effective, enhancing overall vehicle safety. -
Question:
What precautions should I take when using this kit?
Answer: When using the Brake Bleeder Kit, always wear protective gloves and goggles to safeguard against brake fluid splashes, which can damage car paint and irritate skin. Ensure you’re working in a well-ventilated area, as brake fluid can emit harmful fumes. It's also advisable to have rags handy to clean up any spills and avoid introducing dirt into the brake system. -
Question:
