It is easy to set up and use. The dispenser can support reinforced as well as normal water-activated tapes without any issue. Though the placement of the cutter makes it hard to pull out the tape from the dispenser, the tape cutter is nice and sharp. It also comes in fun colors, and the directions are embossed on the side. The dispenser was packaged well and filled with goodies, including a thank-you card, thank-you stickers, and a roll of paper tape. However, users need to be careful while using it, as water can spill while rolling the tape slowly to get enough water. Also, the tape tends to run off making it hard to pull the tape out with adequate water to make it stick properly. One cannot easily pull out the tape once it has been cut. So, users need to switch to using scissors instead. Some users may face difficulty while tearing the tape, as wetting it correctly can be challenging. It is important to note that the dispenser can take any tape roll under 7" diameter, including 600-foot rolls of 7.5" diameter. Additionally, reviewers felt the packaging was very secure.
