Pet Gear Stairs & Steps PG9700CHU Editorial Review
**** The product has received a warm reception from customers, particularly those with older or larger pets that struggle with mobility. Many dog owners reported a noticeable improvement in their pets' ability to access vehicles, furniture, and other elevated areas with ease. Notably, users highlighted the product's stability and wide surface area, which instilled confidence in their pets, resulting in immediate acceptance without coaxing. The lightweight and portable design is also a frequently praised feature, making it easy for pet owners to use and transport. Elderly dogs benefited significantly, with one reviewer mentioning enhanced comfort and less strain on joints when entering and exiting vehicles. Users appreciated the product’s sturdy build and reliable traction, stating that it worked effectively for their larger breeds, such as bulldogs and golden retrievers, up to 82 pounds. Additionally, the product's versatility was underscored, as some users found it helpful for their pets to access not only vehicles but also couches and other surfaces, indicating its broad utility. While the majority of feedback was positive, there were some isolated cases of pets being hesitant to use it or cats engaging with it as a scratching pad. However, these instances appear to be the exception rather than the rule. Overall, the product seems to be a practical solution for pet owners looking for alternatives to traditional ramps and stairs, delivering reliability, ease of use, and appealing design options for various interiors. **
