Green dice have 2 runs, 3 brains, and 1 shotgun; while yellow have 2 runs, 2 brains, and 2 shotguns; and red have 2 runs, 1 brain, and 3 shotguns. The gameplay involves blindly choosing 3 of the 13 dice and deciding whether to continue rolling or stop. If a player rolls three shotguns, their turn is over and they lose all the points for that turn. The objective of the game is to collect as many brains as possible, with the first to reach 13 brains winning the game.
