Answer: Yes, the 80A is the hardness of the wheel. Indoor wheels are 74A or 76A. Outdoor wheels go from 78A - 84A the higher the number the harder the wheel. However, the harder the wheel it can be slick at times. But if rotated they should last longer outside.
