My toilets bubble when my tub drains. Is this what I should use?
Answer: We have the same occurrence. The toilet that bubbles is below ground level and runs parallel to the neck of our 10000 gallon septic tank. We learned that the leach field pipes drain holes begin getting plugged up at least once a month which slows down the water elimination from the septic tank. Along with using SGP every 45 days or so, we also avoid using any products such as bleach, which can quickly kill off the good bacteria living in the septic that is needed for it to function normally. -

How many gallons does this treat?
Answer: I use one bottle every 3 months in my 2500 gallon cesspool and have been doing so for years with excellent results. Before I used it I needed service every year and at times more often. Since I started using it I've been going about 3 years without professional service. -

Can this be used on a city house, I think there is soap buildup in the pipes.
Answer: I use it quarterly on a city sewer system and this is the best I've found and stopped buying other brands. Keeps two kitchens, three bathroom (2 w/showers/tubs) and two laundry hookups clear. Also use their main line twice a year and root killer in the spring as my home is 60yrs old with four 100ft trees alone sewer line to city sewer. Have been using four 5 years now in this home. -

My toilets start bubbling and bad smell in sink basin when rinse and spin cycle begins, so where do I pour, toilet or washer drain pipe?
Answer: I'd use in both. It did work when I put it in the toilet and it was bubbling sewage into my shower. So that's no longer happening. -

I see this is a bacterial product, so will it still function in unheated pipes beneath a mobile home?
Answer: As far as I know this is a septic system specific chemical. Septics are unheated so that would not be an issue. If you're looking for a pipe unclogger, use a drain cleaner. I would also suggest that you contact Roebic via e-mail. They are quick to respond and very informative. I use their products exclusively in my septic. -
Question:
Can I pour this directly into a drywell that is blocked up with soap scum, detergent, lint, and etc and currently not draining? Anyone do this?
Answer: I put it into the pipe and let it sit overnight. If it is as bad as you say, do both overnight. I use it once a month after I opened the drainpipe to the field. Been good so far for 5 years.
