Nick Spencer's Sam Wilson run continues and its decent. The story suffers from Marvel crossover mania. The concept of a race or gender swapped Captain America is inspired but the self-doubt of Sam Wilson as Cap becomes tiresome. The way the Alt-Right antagonists are portrayed is heavy-handed and politically-driven. The artwork is great and the supporting cast is strong. Overall, recommended only for super-fans of Captain America.
