Answer: The item is delivered via freight truck in a large box approx 73x32x20 @ 150 lbs with the pallet. The only assembly required is to attach the legs and shelf (table is shipped collapsed). Tool and parts are included along with instructions. Easy to assemble these parts. -

Answer: The shelf does not move up or down but a fabulous table. I looked at many others before purchasing and made the right choice with Spa Luxe. -

Answer: Mine did not come with any metal for disposable paper. Just holes on both sides for a face cradle & it came with a face cradle. -
