The Rico Reed Gard IV is a reed case made of standard ABS plastic. It can hold tenor/baritone saxophone, alto saxophone, and soprano clarinet reeds. It holds four reeds on top and two on the bottom. The ridges on the bottom allow air flow to properly dry and condition the reeds, preventing damage caused by rotting. Most customers found it functional, simple and effective, and it did not warp the reeds. On the other hand, a few customers found the size to be too small for the alto sax reeds or too tight to take the reed out after putting it in. One customer complained about reeds that would not fit in, and one customer thought the price was too high for its functionality. **
