The MABIS Stethoscope comes equipped with an infant bell, diaphragm, stainless steel chest piece, dual binaural and 22-inch tubing with 2 extra sets of ear tips. Though several customers left negative reviews about the stethoscope, stating that it was poorly made, the earpieces were uncomfortable, and that it fell apart within a week with Constantly falling off earpieces. One NICU nurse had to purchase another stethoscope because of this problem. A few customers noted that they could not hear much through the stethoscope. However, many customers found it to be a great stethoscope for its price, and very well made. The only downside was its heaviness that made it uncomfortable to wear around the neck for extended periods, and the fact that the screw-on earbuds frequently came undone because the set did not come with a replacement screw. One customer used it for measuring blood pressure only.
