Answer: Yes, you spray it in the back of your mouth and it just coats the throat. I got it for my son and ended up returning it. The strawberry pill coat worked wonders for him though! You push your pill through the coating and it’s like swallowing candy. Hope that helps! -

Can you spray this on the pill itself?
Answer: Never tried to do that, for fear it would dissolve the pill. I just spray it on my open mouth/tongue and then take the pill.
