Answer: The pH of the coffee has a natural variation and Puroast coffee has 70% less acid than other leading brands. -

Answer: We have a few organic items in 5 LB - French Roast and House Blend. -

Answer: Puroast Coffee beans come from Central and South America. -

What chemicals are used to reduce the acid? Are there any tests to show what residue of these chemicals remains in the coffee? Same question for decaf.
Answer: According to info on their website, they don't use chemicals for anything to get the lower acid. For decaf, they use the Swiss water method. -

Two tablespoons for 12 cups? I usually use one tbs for one cup. Is the 2 for 12 correct?
Answer: I use 2 Tablespoons of ground coffee for 8 ounces of water. -
