Answer: According to the curly girl websites this is CGM approved. So No silicones. -

Is it safe for color treated hair?
Answer: Yes, no sulfates. -

Answer: No it isn't tested on animals. -

I received this and the pump doesn't work. Can I get a new pump?
Answer: Maybe at a hair supply store and yes, a replacement would fit. -

Does this help with fly aways?
Answer: YES! It's smoothing and has helped my fly aways tremendously! I don't rinse it out 100%, just a light rinse, and then towel and blow dry with a little moroccan oil. -
Question:
How thick should this be? Product is so thick, pump barely works.
Answer: The one I got has a soft thick texture, but also you shouldn't have any problem with the pump. Mine works perfectly! Comes out smooth with no problem. -
Question:
What does it smell like? I didn't see a description of the scent, and that is very important to me.
Answer: It smells good, a very light scent. It's almost hard to explain. I like it and my hair smells good throughout the day. -

Why is it impossible to find an ingredient list on here?! (Maybe this is why they are called 'ghost').
Answer: Probably because there are a ton of them. If you go to the Verb hair products website, they do have the ingredient list. I can tell you one thing. I love these products. I use the shampoo and the conditioner and my hair looks fuller and is NOT weighted down like some 'volumizing' products do. Highly recommend.
