If you used this for a Christmas tree what did you do about the lights to stop them getting twisted?
Answer: I used battery lights that fit the turntable. They have several flash programs and the control unit sits on the turntable under the tree to prevent tangling. -

Answer: It keeps rotating, but you could connect it to an electrical timer mechanism to control the rotation. -
