Customers have reported great results but warn users to be careful with the amount of toner used as it can lead to a very strong effect. It must be mixed with either conditioner or shampoo. The dye doesn't work on mousy brown hair as well as it does on bleached or light blonde hair. Some customers reported that the hair toner leaks and has caused damage to other items when delivered to them.
